6. Payment and Billing

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party services or integrations
• We are not responsible for any business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or anticipated savings

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webifyd Technology L.L.C, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, payment processors). We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• Your relationship with third-party service providers
• Terms and policies of third-party services
• Any fees charged by third-party services

You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and conditions.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.

12. Term and Termination

12.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services or maintain an account with us.

12.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by closing your account and ceasing to use our services.

12.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for:

12.4 Effect of Termination
